About Us:
Balmy is a fast-growing brand supporting parents globally. We’re scaling our paid ads efforts and need a Meta Ads Expert to own campaigns that convert and scale.

Your Role:

Manage + Optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for e-commerce (focus on ROAS, CTR, CAC).

Budget Mastery: Allocate daily spend across campaigns for max ROI.

A/B Test Everything: Creatives, audiences, CTAs—turn data into decisions.

Collaborate with designers to turn winning concepts into ad gold.

You Need:

2+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience (e-commerce/parenting niches preferred).

Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably (share case studies!).

Pixel & CAPI Wizardry: You know how to track, troubleshoot, and leverage data.

Fluent English + obsession with metrics (Meta Ads Manager is your second home).
