JOB OVERVIEW

Remote · part-time · DTC ecommerce

We're a multi-brand DTC company scaling daily on Meta across several markets. Growth lives and dies on the structure behind the ads — so this role owns the internal side of Meta: the infrastructure that keeps us scaling. Healthy ad accounts, clean pages, working tracking, and a setup that holds up when Meta gets strict.

This is not creatives and not media buying. It's the back-end machine that lets the rest of the team run. If you understand how Business Manager actually works under the hood — and you like keeping a complex system clean — keep reading.

What you'll do:

Ad accounts
Anticipate capacity needs and request new ad accounts before we hit limits.
Warm up new accounts properly so they're stable before they carry real spend.
Run engagement campaigns to keep assets active and healthy.

Pages & setups
Set up new pages end to end — name, profile, details — without tripping disallowed words or policy.
Stand up new setups cleanly: connect pixels to ad accounts, link pixels to WeTracked, and share ad accounts to the right profiles.

Structure & health
Keep the structure fresh and resilient — never more than 2 restricted profiles per group.
Organize how accounts and profiles are shared so nothing becomes a single point of failure.
Stay on top of Meta's policy shifts and adjust the structure before they bite.

Documentation & moderation
Keep our Miro board matching the live structure at all times.
Moderate comments across all ads and ~30 pages daily — plan for real daily time on this.

What you need
Hands-on experience with Meta's internal structures — Business Manager, profiles, ad accounts, pages. Non-negotiable.
A real grip on account warming, restrictions, and keeping a structure ban-resistant.
Experience connecting pixels with WeTracked (or a server-side / CAPI tool you can adapt from).
Organized, reliable and detail-obsessed — this is recurring daily ops, so consistency beats flair.
Able to work independently and own your area with minimal hand-holding.
Solid written English; comfortable in Miro (or quick to learn).

Nice to have
Experience inside a DTC / ecommerce media-buying operation.
Worked across multiple markets or languages.

The honest reality
This is an infrastructure/ops role, not creatives or media buying — repetitive by nature. The wins are quiet: nothing breaks, accounts stay live, tracking just works. If you love keeping a complex machine running and take pride in a clean structure, you'll thrive. If you want to build creatives or scale budgets, this isn't your seat.

Details & applying
Type: part-time · Remote · Pay: $4–4.50 / hour · Start: ASAP
To apply: send your resume and a short motivation. Start your message with "Banana", plus a few lines on your Meta BM experience and any pixel/WeTracked setups you've built.
