About Us:

Staffiply LLC's is seeking a proactive and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Cold Caller. Our client is a prominent provider of merchant cash advance services, committed to aiding small and medium-sized businesses in securing the funding they require for growth.

Responsibilities:
Make cold calls to potential clients using a provided script.
Identify and qualify leads.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Keep detailed records of calls and client interactions in our CRM.
Follow up with prospects via phone or email.
Meet weekly and monthly call targets.
Provide feedback to enhance calling scripts and strategies.

Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling or a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with CRM systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
Experience in the merchant cash advance industry is a plus.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week, EST

Salary: USD 3.00 - 4.00/hour
