Job Opportunity: Medical Virtual Assistant (Spanish - English Bilingual) [M-PPC]
Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Salary: $5 – $7 / hour (based on experience)

What We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a Medical Virtual Assistant (MVA) to join our team. This role requires someone who is professional, compassionate, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering an excellent patient experience. You will play a critical part in supporting providers and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities
General Medical Administrative Support
*Appointment scheduling and reminders
*Patient records management
*Claims processing and insurance verification
*Handling patient inquiries and correspondence
*Coordinating with healthcare professionals
*Managing referrals and incoming faxes
*Billing support

Communication & Coordination
*Email and text management
*Support for provider tasks and remote patient monitoring
*Serve as a virtual receptionist and patient care coordinator
*Communicate with patients and staff via phone and messaging apps
*Participate in daily check-ins and updates through virtual meetings

Requirements
*Fluent in Spanish and English (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
*Previous experience in a medical admin or virtual assistant role
*Familiarity with Elation or similar EMR systems is a plus
*Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
*Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment
