Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare and assemble medical record documentation/charts for physician(s).
- Call and get in touch with the referral source to get patient records/history
- Coordinate with the referral source to provide updates
- Ensures medical record compliance by self-documentation attestation.
- Update patient history, physical exam, and other pertinent health information of the patient
- Prepare and send all documentation to physicians for review and approval via authentication of detailed data entry and facility-specific procedures.
- Monitors the duration of basic lab results and screening procedures.
- Complies with hospital and medical facility policies, including those relating to HIPAA
- Perform other clerical duties and tasks to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow as assigned
- Assisting with remote charting for 1-3 providers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in the medical field
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- Must have organizational & time management skills with keen attention to details
- Knowledgeable in medical terminologies and practices
- Experience in medical documentation
- Willing to commit to the required working hours and training hours (Preferably no other job)
- Willing to work at graveyard shift (9AM-5PM US Eastern Time)

- Working Webcam
- Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
