-2+ years in medical records requests, outbound sales, or high-touch customer service
-Confident communicator, detail-oriented, and proactive
-Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple requests

What You’ll Do
-Call hospitals and medical facilities to request records
-Provide updates and resolve inquiries for law firms
-Ensure accuracy, track requests, and follow up as needed
-Maintain HIPAA compliance and organized records

Requirements
-High-speed internet, backup power, and noise-canceling headset
-Dedicated full-time availability during US hours

Job Details
-Full-time, 4.50 to 5 per hour
