- Send open negotiations on behalf of clients to insurance companies.
- Track deadlines for claims submission through the IDR process.
- Follow up on payment statuses with insurance companies after determinations have been made.
- Manage and maintain an organized calendar for claims and client appointments.
- Communicate effectively with clients and insurance representatives.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding their claims and negotiations.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in calling insurance companies for claim statuses.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with the IDR process is a plus.
- Self-motivated and eager to grow with the company.
