We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Media Buyer & Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team, who will help us scale our digital reach and enhance our online presence.

**Job Description:**

As our E-commerce Media Buyer & Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in planning, negotiating, buying digital advertising space across various platforms, and managing our social media accounts. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, refining strategies for better outcomes, creating engaging content for our social media platforms, and judiciously managing our advertising budget.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Plan, negotiate, and purchase digital media ad space across various platforms for our online marketing campaigns.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with media suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure ads are delivered as planned.
3. Create engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages on our social media platforms.
4. Analyze social media campaign performance, create reports, and adjust strategies as needed.
5. Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve ROI.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital advertising strategies with broader marketing goals.
7. Efficiently manage the advertising budget and track expenditures.
8. Stay abreast of emerging trends in the digital advertising and social media marketing sphere, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.

**Qualifications:**

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a media buyer and social media marketer, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
2. Proficiency in digital ad platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon PPC, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.
3. Solid understanding of social media marketing strategies and performance metrics.
4. Ability to create engaging content for a variety of social media platforms.
5. Excellent negotiation skills and a proven ability to foster relationships with media suppliers.
6. Proficient with Excel and other data analysis tools.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Demonstrated experience working within a budget and achieving ROI targets.

**Preferred:**

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
2. Familiarity with programmatic advertising and real-time bidding platforms.
