JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
The Facebook Media Buyer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook (Meta) ad campaigns to generate leads and drive results for our landscaping and remodeling clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of media buying experience, a deep understanding of Facebook (Meta) advertising, and specific expertise in the landscape construction industry. In this role, you will work closely with content, design, and sales teams to drive lead generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Facebook (Meta) ad campaigns that target potential customers for landscapers and remodelers.
- Create, optimize, and test ad creatives, audience segments, and ad copy to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Analyze performance metrics and data insights to refine strategies and optimize campaigns in real-time.
- Monitor and manage daily ad spend, ensuring campaigns stay within budget and achieve the desired KPIs.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure ad creatives are aligned with client branding and messaging.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Use GHL (GoHighLevel) to manage leads, track performance, and implement automation workflows.
- Communicate with clients regularly through Slack to provide campaign updates, insights, and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with changes in Facebook (Meta) advertising best practices and industry trends, especially as they relate to the landscape construction and remodeling sectors.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in media buying, with a proven track record of success in running Facebook (Meta) ad campaigns.
- Experience in the landscape construction industry – Familiarity with the unique challenges and customer profiles within this sector.
- Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager and other related tools for campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Experience using GHL (GoHighLevel) for managing leads, automations, and client communication.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Slack for internal communication and client updates.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of other advertising platforms (Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) is a plus.
- Previous experience working with businesses in the remodeling, construction, or home services industries.
