We are looking for a highly analytical, results-driven, and fast-learning Media Buyer who knows how to read and interpret data, make quick decisions on whether to kill or scale ads, and continuously optimize campaigns.
This is not an agency role. You will be running ads exclusively for our own dropshipping stores, working directly with the CEO to drive sales and profitability. Our ads run 24/7, and we test new products daily. We are constantly learning and improving—so we need someone who is eager to adapt, test new strategies, and grow with us.
Your Role
As our Media Buyer, your job is to ensure our ad campaigns generate maximum profitability through data-driven decisions, constant testing, and fast adjustments.
• Analyze Data – Continuously track ad performance and make real-time decisions.
• Kill or Scale Ads – Determine which ads should be stopped and which should be scaled based on performance metrics.
• Test Multiple Products Daily – Launch and manage 50+ new ad campaigns every day.
• Audience Targeting – Research and refine high-converting audiences.
• Budget Optimization – Allocate ad spend efficiently for maximum return on investment.
• A/B Testing – Run experiments with different ad creatives and targeting strategies.
• Real-Time Adjustments – Ads are live 24/7, so you must be able to adjust quickly to maintain performance.
• Work Directly with the CEO – Collaborate closely on strategy, decision-making, and campaign optimization.
• Fast Learning & Adaptation – Stay open to learning new methods and improving processes as the landscape evolves.

• Proven experience running
• Strong analytical skills – ability to assess data and make fast decisions
• Experience managing high ad volume, launching and optimizing 50+ campaigns per day
• Fast learner – open to adapting, testing, and improving along the way
• Excellent communication – direct collaboration with the CEO, requiring clear and quick responses
• Availability to work 24/7 – ads run non-stop, and quick decisions are critical
• Self-motivated and proactive – you take initiative and make decisions without waiting for instructions
