Position: Mechanical Inspector

Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in reading and writing in English.
- Excellent computer skills and a strong command of digital tools.
- Extensive familiarity with mechanical engineering and HVAC installation.
- Flexible working hours adjusted to the Los Angeles, California time zone.

Job Description:
- Digital Inspections:
- Utilize our digital platform to review images of HVAC units across multiple properties.
- Identify and record key unit details, including serial number, model number, manufacturer, tonnage, and year of fabrication.

- Assessment & Analysis:
- Carefully examine each image to detect signs of distress, wear, or damage.
- Document all specific issues or defects identified during the inspection.

- Repair Planning:
- Develop comprehensive repair plans addressing all identified issues.
- Outline recommended repair actions, parts replacements, and necessary maintenance tasks.

- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each property and HVAC unit.
- Communicate all findings and repair plans effectively with the maintenance and operations teams.
