Job Title: Marketing and Advertising Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Marketing and Advertising Specialist to join our team and lead the marketing efforts. This role requires an individual who can seamlessly adapt to our clients unique culture, style, tone, and attitude. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across all social media platforms to promote upcoming events and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Marketing:
• Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create and manage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting of engaging content.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay updated and incorporate new ideas into marketing strategies.
2. Research and Insight:
• Conduct thorough research on our client to understand her brand, message, and audience.
• Stay informed about our client activities, upcoming events, and collaborations by actively participating in her communities and networks.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
3. Community Engagement:
• Engage with our client online communities to build relationships and foster a strong connection with her audience.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors who align with our client brand.
4. Content Creation:
• Develop creative and compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that reflect our client voice and style.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure all content is visually appealing and on-brand.
• Write and edit engaging copy for social media posts, advertisements, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
5. Performance Analysis:
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize and improve future marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media marketing and advertising, preferably with a focus on personal brands or public figures.
• Strong understanding of our clients brand, message, and audience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and visually appealing content.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
