Marketing Virtual Assistant / Business Development Representative (BDR) (within Vis-Min)

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing VA / BDR to support lead generation and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling and outreach to generate leads
Manage email campaigns and follow-ups
Create and schedule social media content
Assist with SEO and online marketing efforts
Design marketing materials using Canva or similar tools
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities

Requirements:
Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or business development
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Knowledge of social media marketing and SEO
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
Highly organized and able to work independently
Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools is a plus
