We’re a growing professional organizing business helping busy individuals and families declutter, simplify, and transform their spaces. We're looking for a creative and organized Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our marketing efforts and help us reach more clients who are ready for a more functional, beautiful home or office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage a marketing calendar and content planning sheets
* Plan, create, and schedule posts on Instagram and
* Write clear, trendy, brand-aligned captions
* Respond to comments, messages, and community engagement
* Track performance and provide monthly insights
* Create and schedule engaging social media posts that reflect our brand and organizing style (Instagram,
* Curate before-and-after content and client success stories for marketing
* Maintain and update client
* Draft and schedule newsletters using Wix
* Assist in writing blog posts and SEO-optimized website content related to organizing tips, product recommendations, and client transformations
* Manage CRM system to keep track of leads, consultations, and follow-ups
* Support promotional campaigns (local events)
* Analyze engagement data and report on campaign effectiveness
* Assist with community engagement and DMs on social media
REQUIREMENTS:
* 1+ year experience in digital marketing or virtual assistant role
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
* Experience with marketing tools (Canva, Later, Mailchimp, Google Drive)
* Familiarity with CRM platforms (Wix)
* Basic knowledge of SEO and blog writing
* Excellent communication and writing skills
* Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines
* Creative eye for layout, colors, and organizing visuals (aesthetic matters to our audience)
