What You’ll Do:
- **CRM & Email Marketing Mastery:**
- Take ownership of our GroundHogg CRM system, optimizing workflows, tracking leads, and nurturing B2B relationships with precision and care.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns that captivate and convert—think irresistible subject lines, compelling copy, and flawless execution.
- Lead cold emailing efforts, from crafting personalized outreach to managing follow-ups, ensuring high deliverability and response rates.
- Collect, clean, and organize B2B prospect data to build laser-focused email lists that power our outreach—your detective skills will shine here.
- Leverage AI and automation to streamline processes, segment audiences, and analyze performance like a pro.

- **Content Creation & Blog Writing:**
- Write engaging, SEO-optimized blog posts using WordPress and RankMath Pro to boost our online visibility and establish thought leadership.
- Develop content strategies that align with B2B goals, targeting pain points and offering solutions that resonate with our audience.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm topics, refine messaging, and ensure every piece of content drives traffic and leads.

- **Social Media Management:**
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, creating posts that spark conversations and build brand awareness.
- Plan and schedule content calendars, monitor engagement, and tweak strategies based on what’s working (data nerds, this is your Upgrade to see actual infont).
- Craft posts that reflect our brand voice—professional yet approachable, with a dash of personality to stand out in crowded feeds.

- **Full-Spectrum Marketing:**
- Partner with our veteran marketer to develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns—from ideation to analysis.
- Dive into market research to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and keep us ahead of the competition.
- Use your sales background to inform strategies that don’t just generate leads but close deals.
- Experiment with new tools and tactics, bringing fresh ideas to the table while leaning on your experience to avoid rookie mistakes.

- **Bonus Tasks:**
- Integrate WordPress with tools like Upgrade to see actual info and WPFusion to create a seamless marketing ecosystem.
- Analyze campaign performance (email open rates, blog traffic, social engagement) and turn insights into action plans.

Who You Are:
- You’ve got 5+ years of marketing and sales experience, with a deep understanding of B2B brands and how they tick.
- You’re a CRM wizard with hands-on experience (GroundHogg experience is a huge plus) and a love for keeping things organized.
- Cold emailing is your bread and butter—you’ve built campaigns that get results, and you’ve got the stats to prove it.
- You’re a wordsmith who can write blogs that rank and emails that convert, with a keen eye for SEO (RankMath Pro experience is a bonus).
- Social media isn’t just a side gig for you—you know how to grow an audience and keep them engaged.
- You’ve worked with AI and automation tools to make your marketing smarter and more efficient—think Zapier, AI content helpers, or email schedulers.
- B2B outreach is your comfort zone—you’ve sourced data, built lists, and closed deals with businesses of all sizes.
- You’re a strategic thinker with a sales mindset, always looking for ways to turn prospects into partners.
- You thrive in a remote role, working US hours with discipline and independence (Vanessa Van Edwards would call you a “self-starter with spark”).

What We’re Looking For (The Must-Haves):
- 5+ years of marketing and sales experience, with a focus on B2B brands.
- Proven success in CRM management, email marketing, and cold emailing—bring your war stories!
- Experience writing SEO-optimized content (blogs, landing pages, etc.) and managing social media for a business.
- Comfort with B2B data collection tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upgrade to see actual info) and building targeted outreach lists.
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation to enhance marketing efforts.
- Strong communication skills—your writing persuades, your reports inform, and your ideas inspire.
- Ability to work remotely during US hours (e.g., 9 AM - 5 PM EST) with reliability and focus.

- Expertise with GroundHogg CRM, WPFusion, or similar tools—show us you’re already in the ecosystem.
- WordPress proficiency, especially with RankMath Pro for SEO and plugin integrations.
