As we expand, we're looking for a skilled professional to join our team who can drive our marketing, sales, and customer service efforts to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach our audience in the Philippines and beyond.

Manage and optimize social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels.

Create compelling content to attract and engage potential customers.

Analyze marketing data to adjust strategies for optimal performance.

Sales:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase our customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Develop sales strategies that align with our business goals and drive revenue growth.

Provide product knowledge and support to customers, highlighting the benefits of our services.

Customer Service:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

Manage bookings, handle customer feedback, and assist with any post-rental concerns.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing, sales, and customer service, ideally within the car rental or automotive industry.

High proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize performance across all areas.

Familiarity with the Filipino market is a plus.
