Marketing & PR Virtual Assistant

Mysterious Adventures Tours is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Part-Time Marketing & Media Virtual Assistant to support our growing supernatural tourism brand.

This role will focus on marketing support, including social media management, press release coordination, light graphic design, short-form video support, and campaign scheduling through GoHighLevel. The right candidate should be detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to help turn marketing ideas into polished, scheduled, and trackable content.

Primary Responsibilities:

MUST HAVE: Creating ress releases / pitches and media outreach
MUST HAVE: Create, schedule, and manage social media posts across multiple platforms
Assist with graphics, reels, short-form videos, and promotional assets
Help schedule marketing campaigns and social content inside GoHighLevel
Assist with light WordPress updates, if experienced
Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers to gather needed copy, images, updates, and assets
Track outreach, campaign activity, and basic marketing results

Preferred Experience:

Social media management
Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or similar tools
Press release pitching or media outreach
GoHighLevel experience preferred
WordPress experience is a plus
Strong written English and attention to detail
