Marketing Operations Manager

We are building a massively scalable marketing platform. We need a strong operations/process person to create a top-performing team of about 20 people.

Big Picture: You're in charge! Financial Incentives will encourage that.

Specifically:

- Recruitment
- Hiring
- Training
- Role definition
- Process documentation
- Goal setting
- Full Management and Supervision as Needed

All work is remote. Team hours are flexible but generally centered around US EST working hours.

It's not critical for you to be the SEO expert. However, we must implement the best SEO practices. The same is true for other marketing areas.

We need to build processes that reliably and consistently improve the KPIs we identify as important.
