We are looking for a Marketing Multimedia Designer who specializes in creating high-impact marketing creatives across various media formats. In this role, you will design visually compelling static graphics, motion graphics, and video content that drive audience engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design and storytelling, and can translate marketing goals into impactful visual materials that capture attention and communicate our message effectively. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
***Key Responsibilities***
???? Creatively repurpose assets for multiple outputs: Maximize existing visuals, videos, and design elements by creating multiple engaging versions—short clips, resized layouts, and fresh variations—without relying on entirely new assets. Use dynamic layouts and adaptable designs to ensure variety while maintaining brand consistency.
???? Design and produce static visuals: Create eye-catching graphics (ads, banners, social media images, infographics, etc.) using tools like Photoshop and Canva to support marketing campaigns.
???? Produce dynamic multimedia content (animated ads, GIFs, short motion graphic videos) that enhance campaign messages and engage viewers on digital platforms.
???? Edit and assemble marketing videos: Use video editing software to craft compelling videos (promotional videos, product demos, social media clips) that highlight our brand and drive interest and conversions.
???? Collaborate on creative strategy: Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns, ensuring visuals and messaging work together to achieve campaign goals.

???? Manage multiple projects: Juggle various design projects and deadlines. Prioritize tasks, maintain an organized workflow, and deliver high-quality creative assets on time.
???? Incorporate feedback and optimize creatives: Receive input from marketing managers and stakeholders to refine designs. Iterate on creatives based on performance data or A/B test results to improve engagement and conversion rates.
???? Stay current with trends: Keep up-to-date with design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging media formats. Proactively suggest new creative approaches or tools to keep our marketing content fresh and effective.
***Required Skills & Experience***
? Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or related field – especially creating marketing content (digital ads, social media visuals, videos).
? Design expertise: Strong portfolio demonstrating visually compelling marketing materials across static graphics, motion graphics, and video. Solid understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and composition for impactful design.
? Multimedia skills: Proven ability to create both static and dynamic content. Hands-on experience with motion graphics/animation and video editing for marketing purposes is essential.
? Marketing savvy: Good understanding of digital marketing channels (social media,
? Software proficiency: Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design and video tools (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc., as well as Canva).
? Communication & collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present creative ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsive to feedback and able to clearly explain design choices.
? Time management: Strong project management skills. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities without compromising quality or creativity.
? Attention to detail & creativity: Meticulous eye for detail in design execution (from pixel-perfect alignment to error-free output). High level of creativity and problem-solving, with a passion for staying ahead of design trends and continually raising the bar on creative deliverables.
***Preferred Qualifications***
???? Industry experience: Prior experience working in a marketing agency or in-house marketing team is a plus, especially if you have created campaigns for social media, digital advertising, or
???? Any experience with 3D graphics or interactive media creation can be an advantage.
???? Creative versatility: Ability to adapt style and tone of visuals for different audiences or campaign goals. Experience producing content for both B2C and B2B marketing environments is a plus.
Tools & Software Proficiency
???? Adobe Photoshop – Expert in creating and editing images, photo retouching, and composing graphics for various marketing needs.
???? Adobe Illustrator – Skilled in designing vector graphics, icons, and illustrations for use in marketing collateral and branding.
???? Canva – Proficient in using Canva (and similar tools) to quickly produce templated or original social media graphics and marketing materials when rapid turnaround is needed.
???? Adobe After Effects – Experienced in creating motion graphics, animated text, and visual effects to produce engaging animated content and video graphics.
???? Video Editing Software – Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing (or similar tools like Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Able to cut, color-correct, add sound/music, and optimize videos for various platforms.
???? Other – Familiarity with the broader Adobe Creative Cloud suite (e.g., InDesign for any print needs) and collaboration tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus. Comfortable with file formats, compression, and optimizing media for web and social distribution.
