About the Role:
We are seeking an Account Manager who will be instrumental in managing and executing digital marketing and product launch initiatives for a high-profile, product-based client in the e-commerce sector. This role involves overseeing the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches, ensuring they align with the client’s business goals and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage e-commerce product launches, from initial planning stages to execution, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and oversee project management activities, including timeline development, resource allocation, and risk management for each campaign.
• Work closely with influencers, marketing teams, and other external partners to ensure seamless integration and execution of campaign elements.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage tasks, and report on campaign performance to stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the agency and the client, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of any issues that arise.
• Analyze campaign outcomes and provide strategic recommendations for optimization and future initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in digital marketing, project management, and e-commerce product launches, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics and digital marketing strategies pertinent to online retail.
• Excellent project management skills, including familiarity with project management software and methodologies.
• Robust problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and adaptability to rapidly changing environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, team members, and external partners.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are advantageous.
