Job Summary:
As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to oversee all aspects of our marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to our company's success and play a pivotal role in driving our growth. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This is a remote position, but daily presence in our “Virtual Office” is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database,
Research and understand business value propositions and translating into effective marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience.
Design content, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Work closely with the sales team to develop initiatives that translate marketing efforts into increased leads and ultimately sales revenue
Organization, planning, and execution of trade shows
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Requirements:
7+ years experience in digital marketing and strategy
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database,
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
5+ years experience with working knowledge of Hubspot
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Hours:
Monday - Friday: 7:30AM - 4:30PM Central Standard Time / Central Daylight Time
The working days will follow the US calendar
