Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to oversee and manage all aspects of our marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who is a self-starter and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing comprehensive marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including paid advertising, organic content, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
Lead the marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with the firm's business goals.
Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent brand message across all platforms.
Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required)
Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, social media management, and content creation.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a team to meet company objectives.
