Role Summary:
You will own the full tracking infrastructure across our client portfolio. From implementing first-party tracking systems to configuring Seeka and building advanced dashboards in Looker Studio, you’ll ensure data accuracy across analytics platforms, ad accounts, CRMs, and reporting tools. You’ll automate recurring reports, diagnose data discrepancies, and give the team insights that drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Tracking & Data Accuracy
-Implement, test, and maintain event tracking (pixels, tags, APIs) across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and websites
-Configure Seeka tracking and resolve data integration issues across ad accounts, CRM, and analytics tools.
-Deploy first-party data capture and server-side tracking strategies for future-proof measurement.
-Ensure tracking consistency (UTMs, conversion events, data layers).
-Troubleshoot attribution gaps and identify measurement improvements.
Reporting & Dashboard Development
-Build and maintain client reporting dashboards in Looker Studio (integrating data fro
-Create internal dashboards showing 1–2 priority metrics per client against KPIs.
-Automate routine reports to eliminate manual data pulls.
-Present insights and recommendations to leadership and campaign managers.
Process & Innovation
-Create SOPs for data collection, tracking, and reporting.
-Identify automation opportunities using Zapier, Make, or Google Apps Script.
-Propose new KPIs and measurement frameworks to improve performance visibility.
-Collaborate with performance and creative teams to ensure all marketing activities are trackable.
Success Indicators:
-100% tracking accuracy across key touchpoints and pipelines.
-Dashboards are always live and error-free.
-Reduction in manual reporting time through automation.
-Every client has a dashboard showing clear, actionable metrics linked to outcomes.
Requirements:
-3+ years in analytics, tracking, or data operations (agency experience a plus).
-Proficiency with GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and similar tools.
-Strong dashboarding experience in Looker Studio.
-Understanding of conversion APIs, server-side tracking, UTMs, and first-party data strategies.
-Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script).
-Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently when diagnosing tracking discrepancies.
-High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline.
-Ability to translate technical data into insights for non-technical stakeholders.
