JOB OVERVIEW

Are you obsessed with clean data, actionable insights, and making sense of messy numbers? Do you love connecting the dots between marketing efforts and real-world results like leads, revenue, and ROI?

We are looking for a Marketing Data & Attribution Analyst to own the reporting process for our clients. Your job would include turning raw data into visual dashboards, uncovering red flags and hidden opportunities, and ensuring every dollar spent on marketing is tracked and accounted for.

This role is ideal for someone with marketing performance reporting, attribution modeling, and advanced spreadsheet experience, not just data entry but strategy and structure.

What You'll Be Doing

???? Reporting & Visualization

* Build weekly and monthly marketing performance reports covering leads, ad spend, revenue, cost per lead (CPL), ROAS, conversion rates, and more.
* Create clean, easy-to-digest dashboards using Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Databox or the reporting tool you prefer.
* Summarize performance with clear visuals, smart formatting, and custom views for different stakeholders.
* Highlight wins, red flags, anomalies, and actionable insights for both internal and client teams.

???? Attribution & Analysis

* Pull and reconcile data from multiple sources: CRMs (like Salesforce), ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.), email tools, and more.
* Compile the data to help us answer the most important question: “If I put $1 in, how much am I getting back?”
* Troubleshoot attribution gaps and recommend solutions to improve tracking accuracy.

?? Data Hygiene, Automation & Excel Mastery

* Maintain and improve our reporting systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
* Build spreadsheets that go beyond the basics including pivot tables, complex formulas, array functions, conditional formatting, and dynamic dashboards.
* Identify opportunities to automate and streamline data pulls using scripts, integrations, or smarter workflows.
* Partner with our marketing and client strategy teams to align on KPIs that matter.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

* Have 2+ years of experience in marketing reporting, performance analytics, or attribution analysis.
* Are a spreadsheet wizard — not just comfortable in Google Sheets or Excel, but fluent in it.
* Understand key marketing metrics and how to calculate/report on them: CPL, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CAC, and more.
* Spot red flags in a spreadsheet.
* Love the idea of making data clear, beautiful, and actionable.
* Are extremely organized, self-directed, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
* Have worked with or around digital marketing teams, media buyers, or CMOs — and know what numbers they care about.

???? You’ll have a voice at the table — this is not just a back-office role.
???? Fully remote, full-time, with consistent hours and a long-term career path.
???? Competitive pay, benefits, and an opportunity to grow as we grow.
