As we grow, we’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help tell our story, engage our audience, and build meaningful connections.

What You’ll Do:

*Social Media Content Creation & Management
*Develop engaging and creative content (posts, reels, newsletters, and stories) for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
*Schedule and publish content aligned with our strategy and posting calendar.
*Research trends, hashtags, and fresh ideas to keep our content relevant and exciting.
*Engage with audiences through likes, comments, and DMs to build meaningful relationships.

Analytics & Reporting

* Track performance metrics across platforms and provide detailed monthly and quarterly reports.
* Analyze growth, engagement, audience demographics, and content effectiveness.
* Provide insights to improve strategies and inform future campaigns.
* CRM & Marketing Tools
* Maintain and manage our marketing CRM (Go High Level), including scheduling, reporting, and engagement and updating * *Project management systems on ClickUp
* Support lead generation efforts by identifying and forwarding conversations to management.
* Ensure follow-ups on leads are actioned by the management team in a timely manner.

Content Strategy:

* Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content pillars, topics, and ideas for posts, reels, stories, and carousels.
* Assist in creating blogs optimized for SEO and repurpose them for LinkedIn articles and other platforms.
* Support thought leadership strategies for LinkedIn profiles.
* Work alongside our video editor to script and plan reels and video content.
* What We’re Looking For
* Experience in social media management, content creation, and marketing campaigns.
* Proficiency in tools like ClickUp and Canva (Go High Level knowledge is a bonus).
* A proactive, creative mindset with excellent organisational and communication skills.
* The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
* English fluency, both written and spoken.
