Position Overview
As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll coordinate our social media strategy across multiple brands, manage creative assets, and collaborate with both our internal team and external creators. You’ll play a central role in scheduling posts, community engagement, and maintaining relationships with content creators.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Coordination
Collaborate with the management team to determine post frequency and strategy for each brand.
Work with creatives to gather all needed assets.
Plan and schedule posts at least two weeks in advance.
Content Creator Management
Source and reach out to new creators through campaigns and platforms.
Manage existing creator relationships and ensure their projects meet our standards.
Communicate our content requirements clearly and effectively.
Content and Asset Management
Organize and maintain creative content for easy access.
Ensure all existing content is maximized and used to its fullest potential.

What We’re Looking For
Social Media Savvy: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their tools and current trends.
Exceptional Organizational Skills: Experience with managing schedules and creative assets.
Strong Communicator: Comfortable working with internal teams and external creators.
Previous Experience with Creators: An advantage if you’ve worked with creators before.
Exclusive Full-Time Commitment: This role requires your complete and undivided focus. No additional employment or freelance work will be permitted throughout your tenure.
