Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Social Media Manager. In this role, you will assist with various tasks, including content creation, social media management, email marketing, and data analysis, outreach.

Your responsibilities will include scheduling and posting content across multiple platforms, monitoring social media engagement, responding to comments and messages, and assisting with the development of marketing campaigns, and outreach to potential customers.

Additionally, you will help with research, reporting on key performance metrics, and coordinating with other team members to ensure marketing objectives are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts.
- Contacting customers
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Manage email marketing tasks, including drafting and sending newsletters.
- Track and report on social media and marketing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team to align on content and strategy.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant marketing role.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or similar social media management tools is a plus.
**Work Environment:** Remote, with flexible hours.
