About the Role
We need an experienced Marketing Attribution & Analytics Specialist to help us accurately track the impact of both SEO and paid media (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) on leads and revenue in Salesforce.

Our client is struggling with inconsistent data across Google Analytics 4 (GA4), HubSpot, and Salesforce, making it difficult to measure which marketing efforts are driving sales.

The goal is to properly attribute leads and sales to SEO and paid ad efforts, ensuring Salesforce reflects the true performance of each channel.

Key Responsibilities
>> Marketing Attribution & Analytics Specialist (SEO + Paid Media Tracking)
>>Audit & troubleshoot GA4, HubSpot, and Salesforce to find data inconsistencies
>>Ensure SEO and paid media traffic is properly tracked and attributed to revenue
>>Implement UTM tracking, event tracking, and custom attribution models
>>Fix conversion tracking issues (e.g., missing leads, duplicate tracking)
>>Develop clear dashboards & reports to visualize SEO and ad performance in Salesforce
>>Collaborate with marketing & sales teams to refine lead tracking processes

Ideal Candidate

>>>>3+ years experience in SEO, paid media tracking, and CRM attribution
>>>>Proven expertise in GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, and multi-channel attribution
>>>>Experience with UTM tagging, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
>>>>Strong understanding of first-click, last-click, and multi-touch attribution models
>>>>Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex tracking issues
