Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant:

Your responsibilities include:

Ads Tracking:

Perform weekly number tracking by gathering metrics from FB Ads Manager and ConversionPro, then entering them accurately into the Tracking Sheet for all clients

Technical Support & Setup:

Connect and test funnels in GoHighLevel
Upload pre-written copy/messaging
Upload promo emails and 'Ad Optin' emails into GoHighLevel

Post-Sales Process:

Add detailed notes to Go High Level after each sales call
Generate and distribute end-of-day reports via Slack and Google Sheets, including calls booked, shows, no-shows, follow-ups booked, and revenue collected
Compile end-of-month reports and share them on Slack and Google Sheets
Upload videos to the Call-recording channel in Slack

Onboarding Process:

Send onboarding video about getting into Slack to new clients
Create client folders and prepare onboarding documents
Share onboarding information and schedule the onboarding call with the client within 5-7 days from the payment date
