We’re a fast-growing healthcare billing and administrative services company helping medical practices and private providers streamline their operations. Our services include medical billing, credentialing, insurance verifications, scheduling, and more — with a specialty in behavioral health, women’s health, and telehealth startups.
We’re looking for a reliable and creative Marketing Assistant to support our visibility and growth efforts by managing our online presence and helping generate leads through social media and outreach.
What You’ll Do:
Create and schedule social media posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, and
Engage with healthcare communities and private practice groups (commenting, responding, lightly networking)
Send direct outreach messages to prospective clients on LinkedIn and via
Track outreach and lead follow-ups in a simple CRM or spreadsheet
Repurpose content (case studies, tips, testimonials) into graphics or short posts
Support marketing campaigns, newsletters, and occasional website updates
Monitor social engagement and suggest ways to improve visibility
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of experience in marketing, outreach, or social media (healthcare or service-based business preferred)
Strong writing and communication skills (friendly, professional tone)
Familiar with platforms like LinkedIn,
Comfortable sending outreach messages and tracking leads
Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Knowledge of healthcare or medical billing/credentialing services
Experience working with startups or small teams
Graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
