Position: Marketing Assistant
Location: Remote (US, Eastern Standard Time)
Hours: 30 hours per week
Compensation: $2.50/hour during training

Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional looking to support a growing company? BNX Business Advisors is seeking an Assistant with exceptional administrative skills who can provide backup support for social media and marketing efforts. This is a remote position operating on Eastern Standard Time in the United States. We are a growing company who believes in the premise of teamwork. Mutual sacrifice and mutual reward.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Marketing Support (Primary Focus):
Social Media Management: Assist with creating, scheduling, and posting content on social media platforms.

Email
Marketing Automation: Support the development and execution of email campaigns to engage audiences.
Video Editing: Edit short video content for marketing, training, and promotional purposes.
WordPress and Elementor Management: Perform updates and basic maintenance on the company website.
Build Landing pages and Sales Funnels.

Duties (Secondary Focus):
Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for executives.
Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and format reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Data Entry and Organization: Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and company records.
Project Coordination: Track deadlines, follow up on tasks, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
Vendor and Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for vendors and clients, handling inquiries professionally.
Travel Arrangements: Book travel accommodations, prepare itineraries, and manage related expenses.
Task Prioritization: Help executives stay organized by prioritizing daily tasks and providing reminders.

Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
Familiarity with social media management tools and email marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Experience with video editing software and WordPress is preferred but not required.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Must be confident and assertive.
Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and adapt to changing priorities.
Availability to work 30 hours per week during Eastern Standard Time.
