JOB OVERVIEW

We are an established law firm in Denver, Colorado, in the United States. We are seeking an experienced person for our Marketing Assistant position within our law firm. Our law firm is Bizjet Law - http://www.bizjetlaw.com. This is a fully remote position allowing you to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities
• Digital Marketing Management. Oversee the expansion of our digital marketing efforts within Google Ads PPC campaigns and LinkedIn campaigns prioritizing cost-effective conversions and revenue generation. Manage the relationship with our external digital marketing firm and design professionals to ensure alignment with our brand's mission and objectives, including refinement of our digital marketing accounts by optimizing bids, testing landing pages, and modifying retargeting ad messages for efficiency and effectiveness. Develop strategies to improve organic rankings through SEO. Track and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

• CRM Management. Implement, execute, and manage a CRM system and systematic process to enhance client and referral relationships and streamline communication, including assistance with inbound telephone and email lead inquiries and nurturing client and referral relationships. Track and report on the performance of CRM system including clients and referral relationships.

Email Marketing Management. Develop email marketing strategy and implement email marketing campaign.

• Miscellaneous Marketing Tasks. Coordinate the firm's attendance and sponsorships at industry events, enhancing our brand presence and networking opportunities, and identify and schedule meetings in advance and follow up meetings thereafter. Maintain social media presence and engage with followers on platforms like LinkedIn. Manage directory listing and credentialing process.

• Professional Correspondence / Writing. Draft professional emails on behalf of self and executive personnel, both internally and externally, with attention to detail. Draft professional documents within Microsoft Word. Good writing ability and attention to detail.

• Project / Task Management. Manage and track projects and tasks, with understanding of how to prioritize tasks from high priority to low priority, and ability to delegate tasks to other people.

Requirements
• Ability to work on United States time zone from 8:00 AM Mountain Time until 5:00 PM Mountain Time
• Minimum English Proficiency / Score: C1 (Advanced)

Required Experience
• Experience with Marketing Tasks supporting Executive Personnel or Business Owners: Minimum 5 years
• Experience with Digital Marketing Tasks / CRM Management: Minimum 3 years
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Experience
• Proficiency in OneNote and Microsoft SharePoint
• Graphic design experience such as Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and Perplexity
