We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager – with a strong focus on automation and AI implementation – to join our team and build streamlined, tech-driven processes by sitting in on initial client meetings. You’ll capture client requirements, create SOPs, and integrate various tools and AI solutions into our ClickUp workflow to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Documentation:
- Attend client meetings to gather requirements and insights.
- Record and convert client needs into actionable tasks using Fathom recordings and ClickUp.
2. Process & Workflow Development:
- Create and optimize SOPs for campaign management, creative approvals, and media buying.
- Develop visual workflows and templates in ClickUp with an emphasis on automation.
- Identify opportunities to implement AI solutions to improve process efficiency.
3. Tool Integration & Automation:
- Integrate Slack,
- Incorporate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI transcription, and scheduling assistants) into workflows.
- Automate reminders, task dependencies, and reporting mechanisms to reduce manual intervention.
4. Team Coordination & Reporting:
- Serve as a communication hub between media buyers, creative designers, and clients.
- Build dashboards to track progress, resource allocation, and key metrics.
- Use AI-driven analytics to provide actionable insights and forecast project trends.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities with keen attention to detail.
