Who We Need:
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Marketing & Ads Specialist to manage and optimize Google,
The ideal candidate should be experienced in running high-ROI ad campaigns, skilled in ad creatives, audience targeting, and performance tracking, and capable of optimizing landing pages and conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising Strategy & Execution
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search,
Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign scaling to maximize results.
Improve ad creatives, copy, and video assets to increase engagement.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Optimize landing pages and sales funnels to improve conversion rates.
Work with designers and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives.
Use data insights to refine messaging and targeting.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Track Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost per Click (CPC), and Cost per Acquisition (CPA).
Monitor Google Analytics,
Adjust bidding strategies and ad placements to improve efficiency.
Growth & Scaling
Identify new paid marketing opportunities for scaling campaigns.
Expand into new ad platforms or retargeting strategies for better conversions.
Stay updated on digital advertising trends and best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in digital advertising and performance marketing.
Proven success in running Google Ads,
Strong knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize for better ROAS.
Knowledge of Google Analytics,
Strong copywriting and creative skills to develop high-converting ads.
Preferred but Not Required:
Experience in men’s health, biohacking, or fitness-related industries.
