JOB OVERVIEW

We are a recruitment agency currently hiring on behalf of our client which is a dynamic and innovative marketing agency that is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented LinkedIn Manual Outreach Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and building relationships by manually reaching out to potential clients and partners on LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct targeted searches on LinkedIn to identify potential leads for our sales team.

Craft and send 40 personalised connection requests and follow-up messages per day from each sales team member's profile.

Maintain consistency and high-quality communication in all outreach efforts.

Track and report outreach metrics and results to optimise strategies.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with business goals.

Maintain up-to-date records of outreach activities in CRM systems
.
Stay current with LinkedIn best practices and platform updates.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or a similar role.
Exceptional written and spoken communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and personalised messages.
Great attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Ability to send a high volume of messages daily while maintaining accuracy and personalisation.

Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Proactive and results-driven mindset.

Working Hours:

8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. 9am-5pm BST.
