Job Overview:

We are looking for a versatile and creative Graphic Designer/Photographer/Content Developer to join our team based in Manila. This role will be instrumental in developing visually compelling content for our websites and social media platforms across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, photography, and content creation, with the ability to produce high-quality visuals that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. Ability to work on USA Time Zone (Pacific Standard Time)

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Create visually appealing graphics for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other digital channels.
Design and layout digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual style across all brand assets.

Photography:

Plan and execute product and lifestyle photoshoots to capture high-quality images for use on websites, social media, and marketing materials.
Edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet brand standards and are optimized for various platforms.
Maintain a well-organized digital library of photos for easy access and retrieval.
Content Development:

Develop and implement content strategies for websites and social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Create engaging and SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, social media updates, and website copy.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to ensure content supports overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
Monitor content performance and engagement metrics, making data-driven adjustments to strategy as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in graphic design, photography, and content development, preferably within a multi-brand environment.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong photography skills, including experience with product and lifestyle photography.
Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with video production and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ability to interpret data.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).

Content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
