JOB OVERVIEW

Make.com Or N8n Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain automated workflows for business functions. The role Will be on creating automations that handle tasks end-to-end, including blog content creation, uploading business data to WordPress, and managing social media activities. Success in this role will result in streamlined processes that minimize manual input and maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Workflow Design & Implementation:

Develop robust automations using n8n (preferred) or Make.com to handle a range of tasks, from blog content generation to data uploads and social media engagement.

Ensure each automation is designed for stability, scalability, and minimal manual intervention.

Content Management:

Automate the process of blog content creation and optimization, integrating SEO best practices and keyword research.

Configure workflows to seamlessly upload and manage data on WordPress using CPT UI and ACF.

Social Media Automations:

Set up and refine processes for auto-liking, following, replying, and conducting outreach campaigns on various social media platforms.

Integrate feedback loops and analytics to continuously improve engagement.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
Monitor automations for performance issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement timely fixes.
Proactively recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills:

Automation Expertise: Proven experience in building sophisticated workflows using n8n, Make.com, or similar platforms.
WordPress Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of WordPress, particularly CPT UI (Custom Post Type UI) and ACF (Advanced Custom Fields).

Content Optimization: Understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and best practices for blog content optimization.
Social Media Management: Familiarity with major social media platforms and demonstrated success in automating engagement strategies.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions with minimal guidance.

Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
