JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist with expertise in Upgrade to see actual info (formerly Integromat), QuickBooks Online, and Office 365 integrations. This role requires experience in no-code automation development and the ability to create seamless workflows between tools, improving business processes and efficiency.

A strong candidate will also have experience developing custom integrations with APIs not yet supported by Upgrade to see actual info, Zapier, or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Upgrade to see actual info.
Create efficient integrations for QuickBooks Online and Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
Analyze business requirements to propose automation solutions that streamline operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing integrations and workflows.
Develop custom integrations with APIs when pre-built solutions are unavailable.
Provide documentation and training to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers for ongoing support of automated systems.

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on experience with Upgrade to see actual info (Integromat) and/or other no-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Upgrade to see actual info).
Expertise in QuickBooks Online and its integration processes.
Familiarity with Office 365 apps and services.
Proven experience in developing custom integrations using APIs.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in software development or programming.
Experience in other no-code platforms or tools.
Knowledge of business process optimization and workflow design.
