Make.com API Integrations Expert

We're an innovative food brand shipping chocolate all year long which requires certain logistics to ensure our products reach customers in the best condition. As we scale, we are looking for an API Integrations Expert specializing in Make.com to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance logistics with dynamic automation.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Make.com API Integrations Expert to develop, optimize, and maintain automated workflows that integrate various systems, including logistics, weather APIs, e-commerce platforms, and internal communication tools. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of API connections, automation strategies, and problem-solving for e-commerce logistics.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Make.com (formerly Integromat) automation workflows to improve efficiency.
Integrate Weather APIs to determine optimal shipping methods based on temperature-sensitive logistics.
Automate communication between e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon) and 3PL warehouses for seamless order fulfillment.

Connect internal systems (CRM, order management, inventory tracking) with external APIs for real-time data synchronization.
Troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain existing automation workflows, ensuring minimal downtime.
Optimize reporting and data analysis through automated dashboards and notifications.
Collaborate with the operations team to identify inefficiencies and implement automation solutions.
Ensure API security, compliance, and best practices in all integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in Make.com (formerly Integromat) and API integrations.

Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and data manipulation.
Experience integrating with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon).
Understanding of weather-based logistics and conditional workflows.
Familiarity with 3PL integrations, warehouse management systems, and order fulfillment automation.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex automation issues.
Knowledge of Zapier, Airtable, Google Sheets, SQL, or other automation tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in food logistics or perishable product shipping.
Familiarity with AI-driven automation tools.
Previous experience working with fast-growing e-commerce brands.
