Maintenace Property Manager

We manage a high-end portfolio of single-family homes with premium, creditworthy tenants. We are seeking a proactive Property & Maintenance Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day operations, ensuring our homes remain in impeccable condition and our residents receive excellent service.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, solution-driven professional who excels at working with our in-house maintenance team to coordinate maintenance and tenant relations, support maintenance assess issue, make use AI for possible solutions, and validate issue resolution via video and pictures. Key Responsibilities
* Maintenance & Operations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all maintenance requests. Diagnose issues, coordinate with trusted vendors, and oversee repairs from inception to completion to ensure quality.
* Preventative Maintenance: Schedule and supervise regular property inspections and preventative upkeep (HVAC service, gutter cleaning, landscaping) to preserve asset value.
* Tenant Relations: Manage prompt communication with tenants, resolving concerns quickly and maintaining high resident satisfaction.
* Leasing & Turnovers: Oversee the full turnover process—move-out inspections, managing repairs/cleaning, and preparing homes for new residents.
* Marketing & Tech: Utilize AppFolio to manage maintenance logs and vendor payments. Enhance property listings using WIX for updates and create engaging video tours.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in property management, with a strong focus on residential maintenance coordination and vendor procurement.
* Proficiency in AppFolio (required).
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Solution-driven attitude and excellent customer service skills.
