Job Description:

We are seeking a Mailchimp Expert with a proven track record in email marketing and automation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Mailchimp's tools and features, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating engaging email campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.

- Develop and manage email templates, ensuring they are visually appealing and on-brand.

- Segment audiences and create targeted email campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.

- Set up and manage automation workflows, including welcome series, re-engagement campaigns, and more.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align email marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Mailchimp Expert or similar role.

- Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.

- Proficient in Mailchimp, including automation, segmentation, and analytics.

- Excellent design and copywriting skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for optimizing campaigns.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with A/B testing and reporting.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.

- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.

- Experience in [industry or sector] is a plus.
