Position:
We are looking for a talented and dedicated Machine Learning Engineer (Part-Time, 20 hours per week, with potential to transition to Full-Time) to drive the development of AI-powered solutions and innovative models for Natureich's projects.

Mission for the Virtual Executive Assistant:
Your primary responsibility will be to research, develop, and implement machine learning models and prototypes to support our innovative goals. You will be instrumental in delivering tangible progress for our AI-based research project, which aims to secure funding through the German Research Allowance Program. Your work will directly contribute to demonstrating technological innovation and enhancing Natureich's product portfolio.

Outcome-Oriented Goals:

Develop and deliver a functional AI prototype within the first six months to demonstrate the project's innovative potential.
Optimize and iterate on machine learning models, achieving measurable improvements in performance and accuracy.
Deliver clean, well-documented code that can be integrated into future projects.
Collaborate effectively with the management team to align technical progress with strategic goals.
Ensure a continuous feedback loop, providing clear updates on technical advancements and results.

Role-Specific Skills:

Machine Learning Expertise: Strong experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating machine learning models (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning).
Data Preparation: Proficient in data collection, cleaning, and feature engineering.
Programming Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Python and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and implement effective technical solutions.
Mathematical Knowledge: Strong foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and optimization techniques.
Experimentation and Analysis: Experience running experiments to evaluate models and tuning hyperparameters.
Documentation: Writing clear, concise technical documentation for code, experiments, and outcomes.
