Job Responsibilities:

As a gig-based or consultant-based VA, you'll collaborate with us in enhancing data security and system functionality, especially considering Pryzma's remote work environment and the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) workflows practiced by our international teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Utilize your in-depth expertise in Microsoft administration to uphold data privacy and security standards, ensuring the back-end infrastructure remains secure.

Your role demands a high level of trustworthiness and proficiency in privacy security.

You'll oversee the administration of our entire domain and implement best practices in data security and privacy within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including password and VPN management.

In addition to your proficiency in Microsoft systems, you'll extend support to our team with various IT tasks as required.

Job Expectations:

Collaborate closely with the CIO.

Respond promptly to urgent communications within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Report irregularities promptly and take appropriate action as necessary.

Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to accommodate essential changes in project scope.

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft administration

Experience in data security and privacy management

Demonstrated trustworthiness and commitment to privacy protection

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 best practices
