Department: Technical Division - Low Voltage
Position: Analyst

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Analyst to join our Technical Division - Low Voltage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert remote technical support for systems dependent on Low Voltage infrastructure, including access control, CCTV, intercoms, and multimedia/audio-video systems. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, managing system configurations, and assisting clients with various technical setups.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Remote Technical Support:

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access control, CCTV, audio/video, and multimedia systems remotely.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients for television hardware, game consoles, and other multimedia devices.
System Configuration and Management:

Add, remove, and manage users/accounts/devices on access control and CCTV platforms.
Configure and troubleshoot streaming systems such as Sonos and BlueSound for optimal performance.
Collaboration and Innovation:

Work closely with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to develop innovative solutions and enhance system performance.
Assist the onsite team with network rack and stack, cabling, and cable termination standards based on prior experience.
Documentation and Process Maintenance:

Maintain accurate records of system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and client interactions.
Utilize ticketing systems like Autotask for managing support tickets and tracking time.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

Associate degree in IT or a related field, OR 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT or a related field.
Proven experience (1-2 years) in a technical support role within a helpdesk or service desk environment.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams for effective communication and collaboration.
Familiarity with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools such as Datto.
Experience with access control platforms like ZK, Paxton, and PDK.
Expertise in working with CCTV systems from manufacturers like Invid, Dahua, and Hikvision.
Knowledge of audio streaming systems like Sonos and BlueSound for setup and troubleshooting.
Understanding of CAT, COAX, and other low voltage cabling standards and terminations.
Capability to support Accuvox intercom systems technically.
Soft Skills:

Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Experience in documenting system configurations and client interactions accurately.
