Position Roles & Responsibilities:
Website Design & Management:
Design and maintain the company website (Shopify, WordPress, or other platforms) to ensure an intuitive, visually appealing, and functional user experience.
Collaborate with the team to create engaging landing pages, product pages, and online store layouts to optimize conversion rates.
Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and up-to-date with the latest features and security updates.
Graphic Design:
Create visually engaging marketing materials for social media, online ads, and
Design promotional graphics for special events, sales, and new product launches.
Produce packaging designs, product labels, and any other print or digital collateral as needed.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a content calendar for Instagram,
Create and curate engaging content (photos, videos, captions) to promote products, events, and brand values.
Monitor social media interactions and engage with followers to build a loyal community.
Use analytics tools to track social media performance, adjust strategies, and ensure KPIs are met (growth, engagement, conversions).
Google Ads & Paid Advertising:
Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase website traffic and sales.
Track performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS) and adjust campaigns based on data insights to improve results.
Develop retargeting campaigns to attract potential customers who have visited the website but haven’t made a purchase.

Virtual Assistant & Operations Support:
Provide administrative support in managing online store operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service.
Research new suppliers, trends, and potential crystal wholesalers to expand product offerings.
Assist in coordinating events, product launches, and promotions as needed.
Required Skills & Experience (Hiring multiple specialists to work as a team):
Website Design: Proficiency in website platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, Squarespace) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Graphic Design: Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
Social Media Management: Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram,
