We are a growing small business seeking a qualified and experienced lawyer to assist with routine legal matters. This role would primarily involve:

Contract Review: Ensuring our contracts are legally sound, clear, and beneficial for our business.
Legal Document Drafting: Assistance with agreements, NDAs, and other necessary documents.
Compliance Support: Advising on legal and regulatory compliance related to our industry.
General Legal Advice: Providing guidance on routine business legal matters as they arise.
Ideal Candidate:

Licensed and experienced in business law (knowledge of [state or jurisdiction] laws is a plus).
Experience working with small businesses or startups.
