Need someone to edit Home Tour Videos for Realtors.

The home tour videos are usually one take so not much editing required for the tour itself. Mostly need a 30 sec to a min long intro showcasing the main parts of the homes that goes along to the beat of the music and then get into the home tour video with motion graphics.

This is what I need per project.
1. Home Tour Video with talking. (See below for example)
2. Quick Walkthrough Video without talking
We can reuse the 30sec - 1 min intro on both videos so it's a simple copy and paste and then into the quick walkthrough. (See below for example)
3. IG Reel / TikTok trailer video of the 30 sec - 1 min intro directing people to YouTube for Full Length Video

Videos must be in 4K 60 FPS.

We provide a google drive account with enough cloud storage where I will upload all the content and organize it to make finding and editing easier. You will just need to download the files and edit and then upload the finished project back into the same folder. I will provide you an initial set of music to use and we can eventually find similar music and add to our library for use. I will give you access to our transitions and effects to use from our paid account with MotionArray

We will use Asana & Slack for project management and communication we both know where we are in the process of the videos and to keep notes for each project. All provided by us.
