Long Form Video Editor (YouTube)

We're a UK digital marketing agency looking for a reliable, fast long-form video editor to join our remote team. This is a part-time role (~10–15 hrs/week) with scope to grow as our client base expands.

What you'll do

Use CapCut or Premiere Pro to edit client videos
Apply captions, hooks, and basic on-brand styling to a provided template/brief
Deliver finished clips daily to our scheduler (Ella) ready for posting
Maintain consistent quality and turnaround without heavy supervision

What we're looking for

Proven experience editing long and short-form video (portfolio required)
Confident with Opus Clips, CapCut, and ideally Premiere Pro for tidy-ups
Fast and consistent — you hit daily deadlines without sacrificing quality
Good written English and clear communication (you'll work async with our team)
Reliable internet and your own editing setup

Nice to have

Experience with personal-brand / talking-head content
An eye for hooks and retention (you understand what makes a clip get watched)

Details

Part-time, remote, ~10–15 hrs/week to start
$8/hour, paid via Wise, every two weeks
Flexible hours, but daily delivery is non-negotiable
