Long-Form + Short-Form Video Editor

About us

Ceddi Media is a video content agency for US-based B2B founders and coaches. We turn podcasts, interviews, and talks into polished long-form videos and short clips. We're scaling fast and want an editor who grows with us into a lead role, not just completes tasks.
What you'll do

Edit long-form video: podcasts, interviews, VSLs, talks (20-60 min) with clean multicam cuts, B-roll, and tight retention pacing
Balance audio and structure videos with clear flow
Cut short-form vertical clips (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) from the long-form footage in our caption style
Build AI-generated video elements using Higgsfield and similar tools
Follow detailed briefs and deliver clean exports via Google Drive or Dropbox

Must have

DaVinci Resolve Studio (primary) or Premiere Pro with willingness to switch
1+ years editing long-form video; short-form clipping experience strongly preferred
Hands-on experience with Higgsfield and AI video creation (Kling, Seedance, Midjourney a plus)
Sharp pacing and retention sense across long runtimes
Strong written English and reliable follow-through

Nice to have: Motion graphics (After Effects/Fusion), color grading, B2B content background
