Logistics & Order Management Specialist for Fashion Dropshipping Store

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Order Management Specialist to oversee the logistical operations of our fashion dropshipping business. This role involves managing order fulfillment, negotiating with suppliers, optimizing pricing strategies, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:
Order Management: Track, verify, and ensure all orders are processed correctly and shipped on time.
Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to resolve delays, negotiate better pricing, and ensure product availability.
Pricing Strategy: Monitor product costs, competitor pricing, and market trends to set optimal retail prices.
Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels and update products based on availability to avoid stockouts or slow-moving inventory.
Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality expectations by coordinating sample checks and resolving defects/issues.
Refunds & Returns Handling: Work with suppliers and fulfillment partners to manage returns and refunds efficiently.
Shipping Optimization: Evaluate shipping times and costs, suggest improvements for faster and more cost-effective fulfillment.
Performance Analysis: Generate reports on supplier performance, shipping efficiency, and overall logistics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
Experience in order fulfillment and logistics within an e-commerce or dropshipping business.
Strong negotiation skills for working with suppliers to improve pricing and shipping terms.
Understanding of pricing strategies and ability to set competitive yet profitable prices.
Excellent communication skills for supplier management and problem resolution.
Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset for tracking performance and optimizing processes.
Ability to work independently and proactively suggest improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the fashion e-commerce industry.
Knowledge of global shipping logistics and supply chain optimization.
Understanding of import/export regulations and customs processes.
